Procedure
Brush and floss your teeth thoroughly before applying the whitening gel.
Dispense the gel evenly into the deepest parts of the appliance using the syringe.
Seat the appliance fully onto your teeth and gently press to ensure a proper fit—avoid excessive pressure.
Remove any excess gel with a toothbrush or a cotton swab (Q-tip).
Spit out any remaining gel in your mouth.
Wear the appliance for two hours or overnight, as directed.
After removing the appliance, brush your teeth and gums thoroughly.
Rinse the appliance well and store it in its case for your next use.
Possible Side Effects
