Fluoride Trays Aftercare Procedure
Brush and floss your teeth thoroughly before bedtime.
Place fluoride gel into the tray.
Securely snap the fluoride tray onto your teeth.
Wear the tray one to two times daily for five minutes each use.
Spit out any excess fluoride after removing the tray.
Rinse the trays thoroughly with cold water.
Do not rinse your mouth for at least 30 minutes after use.
